As part of the EdAccession project, an international online meeting took place on March 24, 2025, bringing together English language instructors and educational staff from Ukraine, Moldova, and Germany.
The purpose of the meeting was to develop the content of an English language course specifically designed for university teaching and administrative staff from Ukraine and Moldova. This course will support the goals of the EdAccession project by strengthening language skills essential for participation in European academic life and international collaboration.
Among the key contributors from Dnipro University of Technology were Isakova Mariia, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages, and Churikanova Olena, Associate Professor and PhD in Economy at the Department of Economy and Economic Cybernetics. Their expertise and insights played a vital role in the discussions, enriching the collaborative efforts of the meeting.
During the meeting, participants:
- Discussed the structure and learning objectives of the course.
- Reviewed the existing content available on the TU BAF OPAL learning platform.
- Collaboratively explored strategies for course adaptation and implementation in partner institutions.
The session also included planning for future steps, including technical training on the OPAL platform, content localization, and internal dissemination.
